1. How can I book TravelNEasy Hotel or Homestay?
A: TravelNEasy do provide different selection of the hotel or homestay and the easiest way is to book via our booking engine, where you simply have to enter the requested hotel and date.

2. How can I change my reservation that has already been confirmed?
A: You can email the amendment to our admin and we will proceed for you with manually, but it only applicable for same hotel or homestay.

3. How do I know the Hotel or Homestay is bookable?
A: You can check the availability of the Hotel or Homestay via our booking engine and it will show you the current status of the Hotel or Homestay that you choose.

4. Which online payment methods do you offer?
A: We accept Visa & Master credit card, debit card, Maybank2u, CIMB click, or bank transfer.

5. Where can I see the booking conditions?
A: You will receive a confirmation email and you may refer from the email.

6. What if I did not receive a booking confirmation?
A: You can email or contact TravelNEasy customer care if you need any assist.

7. How do I cancel my Hotel or Homestay booking?
A: Hotel and Homestay cancellation can be made at My Account and select View Your Booking History, then click on Cancel to make cancellation. Your cancellation will be processed by admin and future notification will be through e-mail.

8. What is the cancellation charge?
A: If the cancellation is made between 7 days of the actual booking, we will not accept the refund request. If the cancellation is made before the 7 days of the actual booking, we will refund the amount after deduct the transaction fees.

9. How long does it take to process this refund?
A: We will take two to three weeks to process the refund and you will receive your refund in month of maximum.

10. What does the price include?
A: All the facilities and inclusions listed under the room type are included in the room price with all the tax.
